4WARD is a rapidly growing climate community active in 45 cities with over 1,000 members on our online platform. Our goal is to bring together builders and doers to make a global impact through collaboration. We are looking to expand our team with passionate volunteers eager to make a difference. All positions are volunteer-based with the potential for future compensation as we grow.
Available Positions:
1. Engagement Architect (Marketing Fellowship)
Responsibilities: Develop marketing strategies, create marketing materials, design UX/UI, manage LinkedIn presence, attract and retain stakeholders, and engage the community.

2. Community Catalyst (City Lead Manager)
Responsibilities: Support city leads, track city activities, create event plans, promote growth within city memberships, facilitate office hours and calls, and encourage city-to-city collaborations.

3. Zurich Dynamo Intern
Responsibilities: Assist leadership with tasks and new program launches, adapt to community needs, and participate in leadership calls and meetings.

4. AI Synergy Specialist (AI Networking Fellowship)
