Hey there, how’s it going?
I hope you had a good weekend (which, if you’re like most founders, basically just means an extra two days to work :) and that your week is getting off to a good start.
And whether or not you got an R&R, I wanted to address a question that comes up quite often when speaking to and working with startup founders.
“Do I really need a business plan?”
And while I very much tend to lean towards NO, the truth is actually more nuanced. Here’s why:
